Travis Waltmon is a Vice President at Palo Duro Commercial Partners. His portfolio focuses on retail tenant representation, land brokerage, and development. Travis provides strategic planning for a rich mix of established and emerging tenants including Shipley Do-Nuts, Portillo’s, Savory Restaurant Fund, Summer Moon Coffee, and Jiffy Lube, among others. Additionally he has represented both national and regional investors and landowners throughout the South Texas market.

Travis prides himself in working closely with clients on each transaction from the early stages of market evaluation until opening for business. His experience includes lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, opinions of value, and preparing detailed market analysis.

As a native Houstonian, Travis brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Houston market to the team. Before Palo Duro’s launch in 2022, Travis was a Senior Associate with NewQuest Properties, and before that was with Edge Realty Partners for nearly 5 years. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Travis is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a former committee member of ICSC NextGen, and a committee member with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
