Richelle is the Transaction Manager at Palo Duro Commercial Partners. With a background in investment sales, property management, brokerage and transaction management, she offers a unique perspective to each transaction. Richelle leverages her interpersonal and collaborative skills to support key tenants and clients, working closely with the Tenant Representation and Project Leasing teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic insights.

A graduate of UNLV, she is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) & Houston CREMM, and volunteers on the Wine Garden Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
