Ashley Strickland is a Partner at Palo Duro Commercial Partners,  overseeing the companies brokerage services, and bringing over 12 years of expertise in commercial real estate. Specializing in tenant advisory and land brokerage, leasing, and project development, Ashley has a proven track record of successes and longstanding relationships in the industry.

Previously, Ashley initiated the Healthcare & Wellness Division at NewQuest Properties, where she expanded the company’s medical brokerage portfolio with notable partnerships, many shown below, and worked the full transaction from land acquisitions, hospital campus land planning and development, and MOB and retail leasing. Previously to that, she was also a top producer at Fidelis Realty Partners, marketing and leasing over 6 million square feet of retail space.

Ashley is an award winner for Bisnow’s “Deal Maker of the Year” category at Houston Women Leading Real Estate Awards, she’s on the Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters List” , and has been awarded the Landmark “Land Deal of the Year.” Ashley holds a B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business. She is a licensed broker and active in the International Council for Shopping Centers (ICSC) & the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
