Ben DiCecco joined Palo Duro Commercial Partners as an Associate in 2025 focusing on both in-house and third-party project leasing, as well as tenant representation.

As a Houston native, Ben brings a deep understanding of the rapidly expanding commercial landscape, offering clients well-informed and confident market insights. He prides himself on working closely with clients from start to finish on each transaction, dedicating his efforts to comprehensive tenant prospecting, identifying and analyzing market trends, and assisting in Tenant site selection.

Prior to joining Palo Duro, Ben worked with DuWest Realty in Houston following his graduation from the Finance & Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University. He is also an active member of his church, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo’s Breeders Greeters Committee.
