In his role as a Development Analyst, Gonzalo brings a diverse background in real estate finance, development, and technology.

A native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston, Gonzalo began his career at a real estate tech startup specializing in the single-family residential sector across the U.S.

He later earned a Master’s in Real Estate Development from IE University in Madrid, where he interned with Greystar on the Investment team, supporting acquisitions and underwriting efforts across Europe. Most recently, Gonzalo worked at Berkadia’s Houston office as part of the Commercial Mortgage Banking team, underwriting multifamily debt transactions and supporting capital markets executions for institutional clients.
