Kelsey is a Development Coordinator at Palo Duro Commercial Partners, where she assists with the development process from project planning and coordination through execution. She also supports tenant coordination and asset management, helping ensure projects and properties operate efficiently and successfully.

Prior to joining Palo Duro Commercial Partners, Kelsey spent more than seven years in commercial banking, gaining experience across lending operations, portfolio management, credit underwriting, and client relationship management. Her background provides a strong foundation for supporting development projects and managing relationships across all stages of the process.

Kelsey grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Houston Baptist University, where she was also a former NCAA Division I soccer player.
