Chris Reul is an Associate at Palo Duro Commercial Partners and has been in this role since 2023. His focus is tenant representation, leasing and identifying key land tracts to acquire on behalf of active tenants and retail users. These clients include QuikTrip, Jiffy Lube, Qdoba Mexican Eats, Swig, Tesla, Pvolve Fitness and Smalls Sliders. Chris is heavily involved in specialty Third Party Leasing with a focus on small shop and pad sites. In addition, Chris has a background in construction management and real estate title work. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – Breeder’s Greeters. Chris is a native Houstonian, a graduate of St. Thomas High School and Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and Business.
