Gabby Williams is an Associate on the Brokerage Team, primarily focused on project leasing. Prior to joining Palo Duro Commercial Partners, Gabby was a key member of the Texas leasing team at Kimco Realty, where she assisted in leasing, market research and administrative responsibility for over 12 million square feet of retail space. Before transitioning to retail leasing, Gabby also gained valuable experience in the multifamily sector with both Greystar and Alliance throughout the Houston and Austin markets.

Gabby has a B.A. in Public Relations and a Minor in Business from University of Houston. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Junior League of Houston and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her friends, family, and three beloved dogs.
